phase 2

hi all, i was hoping that someone would help me in here. yesterday i started phase 2 but im not sure if i followed it correctly. heres what my menu looks like
breakfast quaker oatmeal with 1 cup ff milk
snack boiled egg
lunch tuna made with light mayo and salad
snack 2tbs pnut butter 1 cup ff milk
dinner chicken breast and salad
snack
please let me know if im doing something wrong and what can i have if not i will go back to phase 1

It looks like you are definately on the right track for phase 2. A couple of things jump out. During the first week of phase 2 you should get one grain AND one fruit. I don't see a fruit. Also, I'm not sure you are eating enough. For a snack you had peanut butter and milk. Was that satisfying? How about putting the peanut butter on a banana or apple for a great, satisfying snack? For dinner you had chicken breast and salad. Was that enough for you? How about adding a cooked vegetable to be sure that you get your 4.5 minimum cups of veggies per day.


Just a few tweaks and you'll be doing great!!
