Is our bread selection ok?

Of course as I go through my pantry, looking at the foods I can reintroduce I have more questions.

We are not a white and/or soft bread family. Never have been. I grew up with what we lovingly joked as bread with sticks and gravel. (My mother was ahead of her time in that department!)

Anyways, we always eat "Natural Ovens" bread. I have found that this is a regional thing and the farther away from Wisconsin you get the harder it is to find. My brother in Arizona has to order it in bulk from the company.

I have looked, and it "looks" ok, but I would like one of the SB experts to weigh in please...

Here is our typical bread. The boys tend to like it the most...

I do sometimes buy this one on occasion...

And just to throw it out there, they do have a Carb-Conscious bread, although I have never tasted it...

TIA AGAIN ladies!!

The 100% whole wheat that you listed first is perfect.

hi, Amy !

I love Natural Ovens bread! I'm a Wisconsin girl -- at least for the first 23 years of my life, which means I've spent the last ten as a flat-lander.

On my next trip up "behind the cheddar curtain" I am going to have to buy a loaf or two!
