So sick of nuts, snack ideas please!

I'm trying to stick to the ph1-ish snacks since the ph2 ones usually leave me craving sugar. I don't like mozzerella sticks, and I'm so sick of nuts that I'm finding myself skipping the snacks to avoid them. Any ideas?

I am pretty boring, but I am sure others will have great ideas. I usually eat veggies with laughing cow cheese, sunflower seeds or fruit.
The SBD peanut butter cookies are really good, but I eat way too many so I don't make them anymore.
For phase 2, kashi and SBD snack bars are good.
