Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Ketchup

Is this ok? I can't find a completely SF ketchup anywhere, and my DH is missing it. Normally, if it's not in the foods to enjoy list, we don't worry about it. But he is really missing ketchup, and I think my meatloaf would have been a lot better with it the other night!
Anyway, here are the stats:
no fat, 1g carb, 1g sugar and the serving size is 1 TBS
Ingredients: Tomato concentrate made from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, salt, onion, powder spice, sucralose, natural flavoring
TIA for your help!

You just became my DH's best friend!
Thanks so much.
The reason you will never find a ketchup labeled "sugar-free" is that tomatoes have naturally occuring sugar. So any tomato product (pasta sauce, ketchup, canned tomatoes, etc.) will say "no sugar added" or "reduced sugar" not sugar-free.

But I tell ya, this ketchup is really good. I am glad it's legal!
