On to Phase 2! A couple of questions...

Hello!
I went shopping yesterday to get what I needed to move into Phase 2. I picked up some brown rice, WW pasta, apples and berries. At home I realized that the brown rice has only 1g of fiber per serving, which is 1/4 cup. Aren't grains supposed to have 3g of fiber to be legal? It's the Mahatma brand, and the only brown rice in the store, so I am hoping I didn't screw up.
Also, I love oatmeal and cereal for breakfast. My favorite cereal is Shredded Wheat with bran, and I think that's legal, and I only eat steel cut oats which I've read are fine as well. When will it be ok for me to add berries again? I know that it says that we shouldn't have fruit with breakfast, but I have been reading about fruit smoothies for breakfast, so I am just wondering if there's a point when it is indeed allowed again.
Sorry for the questions, but I am just sorting it all out.
