Kraft South Beach Products?

Hey!
Today is my last day on Phase 1 (lost 6lbs)!! I am starting phase 2 tomorrow and I am going grocery shopping today. I have a few questions. Are the Kraft SBD products appropriate for phase 2? If so, do they count as a starch? Also, can anyone recommend a good tasting high fiber cold cereal to try?
Thank you for your help!!

Hi,
Congrats!
Way to go!! 6 pounds is such a great start! I think you will like phase 2, once you get into the food/labels routine. I like the south beach pizzas -- they aren't the best, but they help with the quick craving when I don't have time to fix my own. I think the chicken one is the one I eat the most. I struggle with cereal. I just haven't found a high fiber one that suits my taste, so I've just stayed away from cereal. Good luck!

Congrats on your success thus far!
The only products I use are the SB pizza's.

I didn't realize Fiber One Honey Clusters was legal. Wow that rocks. Thanks for the post!
I used to LOVE Special K w/ strawberries. I found a way around that. =) I buy the Special K Protein Plus and freeze dried unsweetened strawberries from Trader Joe's. It tastes EXACTLY the same when mixed together. =)
Thanks again!

I like all their products. Their breakfast wraps are great (look for them in the frozen breakfast aisle). I love the pizza.
Enjoy

Michelle,
Have you tried Kashi Good Friends? I love that one.

I like to have the wraps on hand for when there's nothing in the house for lunch - the Asian wrap is my favorite. I usually add some lettuce or broccoli slaw to it.
I recently bought a couple of the frozen entrees for 'emergencies' and had to use them last week when I opened a package of bad chicken (ick!!). I have to say that the SB dinners were AWFUL - I felt like I was eating garbage. DH and I shared the Cashew Chicken and Beef w/ Broccoli - they were very sweet tasting and the beef was FULL of fat!
I see on the Kraft website that they just came out with several more varieties...but I wouldn't take the chance again.
