Well starting Phase 2 as of today. Yippie!!!!!
Total Weight loss from Phase 1: 5 lbs and lots of inches.
SW: 185 lbs
CW: 180
GW: 160-165lbs
I do have a question. Can I eat the entire mini whole wheat bagel made by Thomas? I was planning to chow down on that for breakfast as my first grain. Let me know. Anyway I am happy. I had a some red wine last night at my moms B day party. I said hey I am starting Phase 2 so let me celebrate...LOL.
I actually feel so much smaller. I dont have a lot of weight to lose,due to my muscular physique. Just need to tone up some and get the legs down a bit more. My upper body is perfect. I hope To lose another 15-20 lbs.
Please let me know about the bagel. I will go running first and come back on before I eat breakfast.

I think a bread serving is 30g. Just check the label to find out how much one bagel is. The CL's can give you the final answer!!

Thomas had 31 Grams I ate it anyway. I felt full all day. I didnt eat enough today only had 2 meals and 1 snack. Just wasnt hungry.
