4 Days In....Some Questions????

Okay, so I am 4 days into Phase 2 and I am not really sure I have done very well. I have slipped a little (had some peanut butter eggs at work, had 2 bites of cupcake at my son's bday party at school, and one tiny piece of cake at home). As I just typed all that out, it does sound pretty bad.
I am wondering -
1. Has adding the 1 grain and 1 fruit so far caused me to have cravings?
2. Other than the few cheats I have had, I have been eating regularly and added my fruit serving, usually after lunch. It has been grapes or strawberries. My grain serving has been a 100% whole wheat roll 1.9 ounces (too big I have just realized). Do I need to try some other grains or fruit?
3. I do feel like I have been overdoing it a little at dinnertime because by that time of day I feel very hungry. Should I maybe move my grain serving to first thing in the morning and keep my dinners lighter?
Just overall not feeling very confident so far.

Sometimes the cheating has nothing to do with cravings.
Yes, the fiber is high. But I also did notice that it has the high fructose syrup in it. I will have to search better for a more acceptable bread.
Can you recommend some good cereals? I think I may try that for a week or two and see what happens. My DH will be happy about that because he is really tired of making eggs in the morning!

The cereals that I like are Kashi Go Lean (not crunch), Fiber One Honey Clusters and Uncle Sams with Berries.
