Appetite has decreased alot

Well so far so good. Lost another 2 lbs. So now at 178 lbs. That is good.
My appetite has slowed down tremendously since starting SBD. Since on Phase 2 feels like appetite even slower. Why is that. I literally have to force myself to eat. I love the fact that I am not hungry all the time. however I dont think I am eating enough of what is required. What should I do. Sometimes I only manage to get in 2 meals for the day. I dont want that to slow down my progress.
Is there anything that you could suggest? The weekends are the worst.Look its 12:18 pm and I still havent eaten breakfast.
Well I have 18 lbs left on my weight loss mission. At this rate I should meet goal real soon. LOL Or not.
Confession: I have been eating more than 15 cashews. I buy the snack packs and eat all thats in there..LOL. Sometimes I have two snack packs for the day. I need to slow down on that. Could that be why im not hungry!
I truly love this way of eating.

I told myself that I would slow down on the nuts this week. I am actually not going to eat any. I will definately try to do what you suggested in eating veggies and going for dairy preferably before grabbing cashews. They can be so addicting. I just love the crunch.

How was your weekend? I am in the middle of potty training my 2 yr old son. SO that has been keeping me busy. I would love for him to truly grasp it by the summer. Im hoping. Boys are so hard to train.
