So, am I stuck at this weight?

Well, this is day 11 of phase 2 and I have not lost a pound. I did not have much to lose when I started, 20 pounds. I lost 10 in phase one and am looking to lose 10 more in phase 2 but, I haven't lost any since transitioning into phase 2.
I have come to enjoy the foods that I am "allowed". I save my "cheat" for beer, on the weekend I will have a couple of beers. On phase 2 I almost find it hard to eat all of the food. I am perfectly satisfied with the phase 1 way of eating. It almost seems like I am eating just because I need to get my 2 servings of fruit and grain. So, I have decided to stop doing that. If I'm not hungry I'm not going to eat. My reintroductions have been a small bowl of Fiber One Honey Clusters at breakfast (sometimes with a sausage patty) and a banana for either a snack or with lunch. I am also trying to have an apple somewhere in the day and maybe a piece of bread or a tiny serving of ww pasta, to get my 2 fruit and 2 grain. So, is there anything wrong with any of that?
Also, I have been running 3 days a week. Well, usually running 2 days and walking 1. The scale has not moved in some time and I am really discouraged. I don't want to "get off the beach". I think it a nutritious way to eat and live and I don't want to stop but, I do want the darn scale to budge a little. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Yes, you'll add one fruit and one grain each day for one week. In week 2 of phase 2, you'll be eating 2 fruits and 2 grains and in week 3, you'll eat three of each and continue this way until you reach your goal weight.
Here is our link with lots of information on getting started on phase 2:

Congrats on your weight loss in p1...
Know what I had to do when I plateau'd? I had to add more food..
I lost on P1...then lost on P2..but stayed adding in 1 carb and 1 fruit for weeks..many weeks....I looked decent..but no more weight loss nor inches lost...
then I added in another carb...
and poof..off fell some more weight AND inches....
Have to remember though that a serving of the carb/starch is not very big...so 2 servings a day is more like 1 'serving' cut in half and eaching one part each time!
I work out hard 5 days per week, but even with that, weight loss didn't happen again until I added in that other bit of food...
Just a thought!
take care,
t
