Can I eat this?

I bought some wheat thins Multi grain. Is that ok to eat? It has high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients. However made with wheat flour. Please tell me I can have this as a grain.
Steph

Is it wheat flour or whole wheat flour?
We would need to know that serving size, sugar count and fiber count to make a call. My guess is that they are not friendly.
Remember "whole grain" does not necessarily mean "whole wheat." Corn can be used as a whole grain and is not SBD friendly.
Let us know,
Lisa.
They don't meet the required fiber count of 3g fiber per ounce serving.
Thanks, I guess I will have to let the kids snack on them then. I just wanted something crunchy besides eating the cashews that I find very addictive. Wanted to try something else.
Thanks again!
Steph
Hi Steph,
Next time pick up some Triscuits or Triscuit thin crisps.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe were also deemed legal recently despite some here prefering to shy away because of some of the ingredients.
Yes, these crackers are allowed in phase 2. Just remember to check the serving size and limit to one 30g (one ounce) serving.
And both kinds are delicious!
