Moving on to phase 2

That was a long 2 weeks...probably because DH and I added an extra 4 days to make up for our Easter weekend cheats :) In the end, I am down 4.5 lbs and he is down almost 10. I think it's a great start! Today I'm looking forward to reintroducing grains and fruit to my diet. I brought a chickpea salad with whole wheat couscous in it for lunch and will be munching on some strawberries with almonds later this afternoon. I felt great throughout P1 so hopefully that continues in P2!
