I haven't read anything about taco shells in phase two, or anything about corn products. Can we have taco shells or corn chips?

Corn is not a Phase 2 food. Plus, you do not want to have fried shells or chips no matter what they are made of - LOL!

You can do soft taco's with whole wheat tortillas.

And, you can make tortilla chips with ww tortillas too. I like to spritz them with olive oil, sprinkle some seasonings on them, cut into strips or triangles and bake on a sheet pan until crispy. Great on taco salads!

That is what we do too. Sometimes if we have some left over shells that are not quite as fresh we bake them to help them still have some life left :)
