I bought the Boboli whole wheat pizza crust and I'm making taco pizza tonight :)

So how much is one grain serving? Is it 1 oz., like the bread is? The whole crust is 10 oz., and in the pre-SBD days, my DH and I would share it, which would be 5 oz. each. Does that mean 5 grain servings??? Eeek! Am I going to be allowed to have more than just a sliver of this thing?

Oh, adding that I'm having 2 grain servings a day now.

Hi Laura,

Yes, with all bread one serving is equal to 1 oz. (or 30 grams). So if you are saving both of your grain servings for dinner, you may have two 1 oz. portions. Have a huge side salad to make it a more satisfying meal and help meet your veggie requirement.

Enjoy!

Man I wish we could get the Boboli ww crust at Kroger's in VA -- no such luck. I'm coveting your crust, LOL.
