hey guys!

this week has been crazy but in a good way..i have a question, how bad is the sugar free candy for you?
theres a huge candy jar at my worksplace but between seeing patients i try not to reach for that, there are days when i cant get to lunch before 2 pm( breakfast at 6.30 ish) so im starving....i keep yogurt for the afternoon snacks when i can actually sit and eat it, but the mornings are too busy and even opening a cheese stick is not possible cuz someones waiting. Nuts would be a good idea but i try to keep that as an evening snack.

so i bought some sf candy and it worked today,i just had a few, i realize the nutrition value is nil, but im doing good with that,i eat salads for lunch with chicken, etc and usually veges with grains for dinner. The candy is just so i dont reach for the sugar loaded candy jar.I dont get a tummy upset with the sf candy..

tia,

You're right, it's not the best choice but it is allowed. The calories count toward the sweet treat limit (100 cals.) and beware of stomach upset.

IMO, although tempting, our other allowed desserts are much more satisfying. How about buying some SBD/Kraft cookie packs to keep at work?
