Is it bad to have too much dairy?

I really like my dairy! :)  I have a large glass of Soy Slender every morning with breakfast (probably 1.5-2 cups) and then I usually like to have a large bowl of yogurt before bed...I always get hungry right about 9:00 and it makes it hard to sleep on an empty stomach and I always feel full after a bowl of yogurt.  Plus, its not rare for me to get an iced NF latte from Starbucks (we have one at work, how awful is that!! I spend way too much money there!).

So basically, do we have to keep it under 3 cups?

It is recommended to have 2-3 cups of dairy per day while in Phase 2.

I'm guessing here, but it's probably limited due to calories and the fact that you might forego other food requirements if you 'fill up' on dairy.

It would be a personal choice to add more. If you increase your servings, you may see a stall in your weight loss. If that turns out to be the case, cut back on your consumption.

Makes sense, well since I'm still doing well on weightloss for right now I'll continue...as soon as I stall I'll start to look at that as being one of the culprits.

I think I get too much dairy in on some days as well. I love milk, so I drink it and I have yogurt, lots of yogurt, every day. Just like you, it's my favorite bedtime snack.

I always have peanut butter yogurt before bed.

Peanut butter yogurt. Is there a recipe for this?

Sounds good to me. Also is this allowed in phase 1.

Thanks for your post.
