Anyone have any great recipes? Grilled pizzas is a family favorite, and I could make it work if I could come up with a good SBD friendly crust.

Thanks!

I use the one that Cathy posted and bake my pizza on a pizza stone in the oven.

Cathy,

Can this recipe be frozen?

What is a serving size of the pizza dough?

TIA

Hi,

Yes, pizza dough can be frozen.

The serving size... You're going to test my math skills now (which aren't very good)

Each 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour is 30 grams.

Right answer! I had to use the calculator on my computer to check your math, but it's definitely right.

I made up my dough last night and divided it into 7 balls...that way I can make 7 mini pizzas for 2 grain servings each.

I kept two out and put the rest in individual zip lock bags to put in the freezer. :)

Ok-

Dumb Questions (again)

do you form the dough before you freeze it? Or can you unthaw it, form it and then bake it?

I freeze it unformed in a ball shape.
