Hi!
I was just wondering if you are allowed to eat Wasa crackers in phase 2? And if so, what would be the limit?
Thanks so much,

Yes, Wasa crackers are approved for SBD. Two crackers equals one grain serving. Also, look for Kellogg's All-Bran crackers. They are new and REALLY good - you can have 18!!!!

I love the All-Bran crackers. I found them last week at the store and was thrilled to see you could eat 18 per serving- They are very yummy with low fat cream cheese. I brought them to a party and could enjoy them with cheese and fruit.

I'm going to stock up on them just in case they don't make it. From what I can tell it's the only cracker made by Kellogg's - I hope it's successful!
