What is your favorite kind of SB-friendly yogurt? I can't stand the plain stuff... unless it's "in" something...

Dannon Fit N Light. I believe it's the only fruit-flavored yogurt that's approved.

Blue Bunny is also approved.

Have you tried flavoring the plain yourself? That is still my favorite way to go. I do buy Dannon Lite n Fit and Blue Bunny to save some time - but I much prefer the taste of plain that has been flavored to MY liking. My favorites are to add peanut butter and splenda or fresh lemon/lime juice and splenda. No one excepts you to eat it plain!

I don't know if these are 100% legal, but they are really tasty.

These wouldn't be a good choice. Most of the fat is saturated fat and it contains fructose. The Dannon Light & Fit has 0% fat and no added sugar.

Do you like blueberries? My absolute favorite is plain yogurt with frozen blueberries and Splenda. When you defrost the blueberries, they go a little bit juicy, so when you mix them with the yogurt, it turns all purple just like the flavored kind. EXCEPT, you have these big giant blueberries mixed in, which you wouldn't have if you just bought the blueberry-flavored yogurt :)

The brand I buy is Dannon nonfat plain.

I love my blueberry yogurt too! My favorite is probably PB & cocoa (with three Splenda packets), though. If you can find FAGE yogurt in your store, they have a plain nonfat kind that is really good. It is drained so it is a little thicker than regular yogurt. Several of us around here use it.

Thanks everyone... I think I will try to flavor some plain yogurt first. I have a HUGE container of plain yogurt in the fridge. I bought it to make the peanut butter smoothies. Why is it that you can't buy a "normal" sized plain yogurt??

If I'm not into that, it's good to have options. Thanks again!

I know that Dannon makes both a 6 oz. and 32 oz. size plain fat-free yogurt.

I NEVER see a 6-ounce size. It's always this tub that I need 2 hands to carry. Ha! I guess my regular stores just don't carry the smaller sizes... oh well. I should probably eat more of it anyway!
