Whats the best kind of english muffin?

I want to enjoy these for breakfast with either peanut butter or an egg.
I currently have some and the sugar is 1gram but I'm wondering if there is an even better kind?

I use Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins. The added sugar is okay. The requirement for breads is that they contain 3 grams of fiber per one ounce serving. These meet that requirement. I believe that the Pepperidge Farms brand is also acceptable.
One grain serving is 30 grams. Thomas English Muffins are 62 grams each so one half is equal to one grain serving; a whole muffin equals 2 grains. Remember, only the 100% whole wheat variety is approved.
You're welcome!
