I want to enjoy these for breakfast with either peanut butter or an egg.
I currently have some and the sugar is 1gram but I'm wondering if there is an even better kind?

I'm confused... I looked at the store today and although the Thomas'100% ww eng. muffins are made with ww flour, they only have 3g of fiber per muffin which makes them short , no?? (since 1/2 muffin is a serving.) I guess that's why I got the light "whole grain" ones, because they had 8 grams of fiber...

I ended up buying some Thomas' 100% ww bagel bread which we had sandwiches on tonight. Very yummy, but again they only had 4g fiber per "bagel"(56g), and 1/2 of it was a grain

Hi,

Yes, they are a little lower in fiber than suggested.
