Am I the only one addicted to crystal light? I drink at least 2 bottles of water flavored with various flavors every day!

Right now I am drinking my Ozarka water (the 16.9 ounce bottles) with some Tangerine Sunrise, but I also have Lemonaid and Kiwi Strawberry.

They are so good. Just the touch I need sometimes when I feel snackish!!!

I love the tangerine sunrise and use it for a treat as well! Also the green tea/ raspberry. what a great invention!

I think if you drink over a certain amount (??) you need to count it towards sweet treat calories.

So yummy.

Yes! That's exactly what I do - count it toward my sweet treat calories - that and my 10 calorie cup of vanilla pudding at night!!! I hit about 50 sweet treat calories a day!

I love it too. Lately I have gotten addicted to Lipton Green Tea with Mango and Mandarin. It's in little packets that you add to a 1/2L bottle of water like you do with the little Crystal Light packets, but I like it even better! (It definitely doesn't taste like tea, but like a less sweet Crystal Light concoction.) It's with the tea in my store, though, not with the Crystal Light.

Do you guys happen to know if the powdered green tea packets have the same benefits as other green tea? I've been drinking this bottled citrus flavored green tea, I think made by Lipton. Since it's bottled, it's kind of expensive, but it's so handy to have on the go. But if I could buy the powered stuff, I bet it would be a lot cheaper. And mango green tea sounds yummy!

I had to stop at the store after picking DS up from school, found the mango-whatever packets-- thanks for the tip!

Just putting my groceries away, noticed the box says:

80 mg. protective flavanoid antioxidants per serving.

Katy,
I would believe that it would have the same benefits. Just concentrated. I use green tea extract in a concentrated form and just use a dropper of about 10 to 20 drops in any drink.

I'm glad to know it's a little extra good for me!

BTW, I couldn't find the green tea mango kind here so I bought white tea blueberry. Auckk!! It was so disgusting that I threw the whole box away. I hate to waste food (especially expensive convenience foods like this) but really, I could barely force down the one bottle I made. How can the one variety taste so good and this one be so nasty??

Deb,

I'm glad to know that about the blueberry flavor.

Everyone's tastes are different - I absolutely ADORE the white tea/blueberry flavor and go through a whole box a week! I like the green tea raspberry too - but not the green tea lemon (not sweet enough for me)
