Meijer organic thin-crust pizza?

I found this frozen pizza at Meijer, Organic Mediterranean Style thin-crust pizza. All the label says is that the crust is made with organic wheat flour, but it doesn't say if it's whole wheat or not. One serving has 3 grams of fiber, so I'm guessing that maybe it is? Because non-whole wheat flour never has that much fiber, does it? And wouldn't it have to be whole wheat to be considered organic, or is that wrong?
Anyways, I hope it's allowed, because it's the YUMMIEST and healthiest-looking frozen pizza I've seen. And I need my pizza :) I'll list some of the label for you all.
serving size: 1/3 pizza (155g)
calories 330
total fat 11g
saturated 4g
cholesterol 20g
sodium 450g
total carb 45g
dietary fiber 3g
sugars 4g
protein 13g
crust ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, yeast, contains less than 2% of organic sugar, sea salt, organic soybean oil
toppings are all organic: paraphrasing... cheese, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, eggplant, black olives, onions...

Laura,
Unfortunately it can be organically grown wheat that is then processed into white flour. This would not be legal. The label would have to say "whole wheat flour" or "100% whole wheat flour." Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings!
I'm sure someone else will jump in with other pizza ideas.

I did a little bit of calculating, based on the SBD pizza nutrition info (http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/101096.html), and the fiber in the Meijer pizza, calculated for the same weight in grams would be 3.4g versus the SBD 10g. So that doesn't sound very good, does it? I'm still interested to see what the nutritionist has to say though.
How disappointing that organic wheat flour can still be refined :(

A quick response from the nutritionist:
Eating 1/3 of this pizza would count as about 3.5 starch servings.
