Duh, so easy, I was doing it even in phase one without even thinking about it!! A few of my SBD prepackaged meals have rice and noodles in them - lol, a grain serving!!! ;-)
Gotcha! Don't forget those fruits and grains. You really need to make sure you get 2 grains and try to get 2 fruits (1 is the minimum). So, next time you get the urge to nibble (re: your post above), reach for some sb-friendly crackers and cheese!
Yes, most of the frozen dinners contain rice or pasta so they would be for phases 2 & 3. I find that the packaging isn't very clear.
