I had my usual coffee w/ FF 1/2 and 1/2, Sweet & Low and Benefiber, plus a yummy Reese's smoothie (plain yogurt, skim milk, 1 Tbl. natural pb, 1 Tbl. unsweetened cocoa, and 2 packets of Sweet & Low, plus ice). Whirled it all up in my Magic Bullet and I was good to go! It tastes so good it feels like a cheat... ;-)
Mine was boring in comparison (well, except the latte)... 1 slice ww toast and a Morningstar sausage patty, with a sugar free Almond Roca nonfat latte!
Eggs here too! One whole egg and 1/4 cup egg beaters, w/ spinach and black olives, american cheese, and canadian bacon. With coffee, of course :)

I homemade some chocolate-chip banana bread. I found the recipe somewhere on the boards. I had a thin slice of that and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
Lunch was a GIANT pile of green beans, a turkey burger and a few cherries. Yum!

My breakfast 99% of the time is: 1/2 cup fibre 1 cereal with skim milk and 10 almonds. Coffee, half decaf/half regular, with skim milk and splenda.
