Resisted great last night, 2day is "off"

Last night we had a marriage class at our church and they served Cajun food and I resisted the cheesecake sopapillas for dessert and the crawfish enchiladas.. I ate the shrimp casserole and LOTS of green beans and salad and a diet dr pepper and NO BREAD. It looked good.
I was so satisfied when I got home I didn't even have a nighttime craving even though we atre at 6:30!!!! Yea!!
Today I've had some turkey, a diet dr pepper, a peach and a cheese stick PB turkey roll up. NO APPETITE AT ALL.
At 1:15 I am going to have some chicken and brocolli.








Yep. Week 3 of phase 2, lost 4.5 lbs the first week, 1.5 lbs the second week, no idea this week but I am getting better at balancing everything out.

Congratulations on being strong last night.
I find those settings so difficult. I work with the teens alot at our church so there is always some harmful food around. I've learned to stop at Wendy's and get a small chili and a salad and make me a taco salad. This usually works pretty well. Plus now that they are starting to see some of my weight come off, they are fantastic cheerleaders (and food police). The last week of June is summer mission trip with them and it's going to be impossible b/c we will be eating cafeteria style and my choices will only be what's there. On the upside, I will be doing alot of physical labor during the day so hopefully, I will burn off some of it.
