Today....
3 scrambled eggs (no butter, oil, salt, just eggs)
1 cheese stick
1 medium orange (which was SOOOOO good - I am getting better about fruits too!!)
1 thin slice of deli turkey meat
16.9 ounces of water flavored with ENERGY Crystal Light
I am working on making BREAKFAST instead of DINNER my biggest meal of the day. I am getting better huh???








My pre-workout breakfast was a cup of non=fat plain yogurt mixed with banana, peanut butter & splenda.
2 ww pancakes, 2 ms breakfast patties, skim milk, sf syrup

I had a WW bagel with a laughing cow lite cheese wedge spread over it, a glass of soy milk, coffee, and a kiwi fruit.
