I think several little things like that added up to eating too much fat (too many servings of PB, the higher fat cheese sticks, the new SBD cereal bars (got addicted fast so didn't buy anymore this week).
I have to be careful not to get too little fat though b/c too little fat is one of my migraine triggers.

Thanks for posting about the cheese. I couldn't remember if I had ever checked that or not so I went and checked and I'm good but occassionally we need to be reminded to check out these things.
For cheese, we look for varieties that have 6 grams of fat or less/ounce. Though your new cheese sticks are a better choice, the others
