Today's Menu: so-so....

It's okay today I guess. Got all my veggies in and my grain.
Handful of strawberries
1 bowl (about 2 cups) of chili
1 enchilada (SB approved) and 4 cups brocolli w/ cheese
1 cheese stick and 1 pudding cup
2 CFDDP
2 bottles water w/ crystal light
However, it's only 2:30. That's a long way to dinner at 5 and I've been thinking it might be best if I didn't eat past 7 to avoid eating and eating and eating and eating.. I"ve been falling asleep at 8 anyways.
Dinner tonight is eggplant mini pizzettes (eggplant cut 1 inch thick, cheese, mushrooms, canadian bacon)








Looks good.... See if you can get more veggies and your 2 cups of dairy. How about a smoothie to get you thru until dinner?
Ah, dairy. You know, I am a grown educated woman, with a ton of responsibility that I handle with ease - HOW do I keep forgetting to drink a simple GLASS OF MILK??? lol
I had a handful of peanuts with the kids, and another bottle of water. I am watching Dr Phil, Deklan is napping and Abi is in an extended time out - I just can't take her anymore - and this outta get me through to 4pm when they will both be back out and Oprah outta get me to 4:30 when it's time to make dinner. ;-)
I need to just stay busier... it's hard when the kids tend to be grazer.. granted they will graze on nuts, berries, crackers, and veggies but still the constant eating... augh!
Are you eating breakfast?
On days where I don't get in regularly scheduled meals/snacks...MOST importantly breakfast, I feel like I'm starving ALL day.
