Hi everyone. I'm on day 2 and I gained a few ounces. I thought I would post what I ate yesterday and get some opinions.
Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese
V8
Snack - 15 almonds, string cheese
Lunch - Salad (LF dressing) with deli turkey and one chicken breast
Snack - ham & swiss roll up
Dinner - Salad with chicken breast
snack - ricotta cheese flavored with coconut and almond

Hi,
Have you been including dairy daily?
Two things:
One -- make sure you get a MINIMUM EVERY day of 4.5 cups of veggies.
Two -- you're suppposed to have 2 servings a day of dairy...on South Beach the only things that are dairy are milk (or soy milk) and yogurt.
