Today's Menu: started off rocky...

But I think it ended up pretty well rounded: (no particular order actually)
3 bites kix (kid's breakfast)
1 orange
2 cheese sticks wrapped w/ a slice of turkey
1 jello
1 sandwhich (sugar free whole wheat bread) w/ fat free mayo and reduced fat cheese and turkey
1 more slice turkey
3/4 top sirloin steak medium well, 4 cups brocolli w/ garlic salt
1 glass skim milk
2 handfuls of peanuts dry roasted








I guess the steak was okay after all.
You did pretty well. I see you used the '3-bite rule' with the Kix!
Are you in week 1 of phase 2 (sorry, I forget...)? If so, you're fine with your fruit and grains, otherwise you might need to add
