I'm on day 3 of Phase 2. My first question is can someone list cereals that are acceptable?? I know the guidelines, but I'm having a hard time finding one that meets the guidelines, and I can't do All Bran-yuck!
Second, how does everyone get their 4 1/2 cups of veggies a day?? I'm having a hard time with that too. Thanks.

I like Uncle Sam cereal although it needs a packet or 2 of splenda.
I have only been on the program for 6 weeks, so I'm not sure I've got the hang of the cereals yet! You can try oatmeal though. With that, you can add any fruit that you like, or peanut butter or whatever...
As far as the veggies, some days are easier than others for me. If I have eggs in the morning, I always throw peppers and onions or spinach in there. Then I have salads and/or steamed veggies during my meals... sometimes have veggies during my snacks (celery with cheese or peanut butter, carrots, peppers and dip or cheese)... and you can also throw veggies into your meals --- stir fry, sauces, etc.
Good luck!
Thanks...I've never heard of Uncle Sam cereal. Maybe it's not around here? I know we have Kashi, I'll try that.
I know I can get a good amount of my veggies by eating salads, I'm just getting SO sick of them!! I will try some of your suggestions. Thanks.

You may have Uncle Sam in your store. It's rather hard to find in my local stores....since it's not a big 'commercial' brand it's kind of hidden. It's with the healthier cereals and near the oatmeal.
