Just still checking to see if I'm on track with this.
Breakfast: 1 Morning Star Veggie Patty
1 leftover ham steak
milk
Snack: 1 cheese stick, SF pudding
Lunch: Apple slices with PB
cottage cheese
celery sticks with ranch dressing
cashews
Snack: SB cereal bar
Dinner: (Went out to eat)
Scallop and Salmon Picatta w/mushrooms, artichokes, broccoli, zucchini
Salad
milk

It looks like you are in the first week of phase 2, right? If so your menu looks good! Just check the ham steak package to be sure it's just ham...sometimes you'll find added sugars or honey which would make it a no-no. Be sure you get your 4.5 cups of veggies each day.

Yes, tomorrow is the last day of my first week on Phase 2. I've gained a pound so far though, and I'm not happy about it! I wanted to keep seeing that scale go down! Ugh!!

Just hang in there and the scale will start moving in the right direction again.
Your menu looks yummy to me! Mucb better than my first week of Phase 2- which was an absolute mess!!!
