100-calorie snack packs

I tried to do a search for this, but was unsuccessful.
Are there any of those 100-calorie snack packs that work for SB? They seem like an easy thing to stick in my purse to avoid any unexpected temptations (the commercial they have out for them cracks me up!!)
I figure many of them have regular sugar and flours and will not work, but are there any that we can enjoy?

TIA!

Carla -

The South Beach Diet Whole Wheat Snack Crackers come in 100 calorie packs. They count as one grain. The South Beach Cookies do also. I don't imagine that any of the other items such as Doritos, etc would be legal. Good Luck.

Thanks guys. So the SB 100 cal snacks are ok, but not the "snack purple" 100 cal packs?

Yes, I think the oreos are in there. They have a new advertising campaign out called "Snack Purple" and it's that purple printed ribbon thing on the box that I guess is suppose to direct the consumer.
Anyway, there is like little snack mix ones and others. I didn't know if they had any SB friendly, but I figured it would be unlikely. I do love the SB PB cookies. Dipped in some milk, they are great!

The first, most important thing about "dieting" is to understand that it does NOT mean you have to eat bland, yucky, boring, flavorless, etc. food.

Healthy food and taste just as sinfully delicious as "junk"! Trust me - if I had to feel "deprived" of really, really yummy food, I never would have been eating this way for 2.5 years.
