ON PH2 PLS HELP! ME 2 SCARED!

HI ALL!! first of all i want to saY THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THE WHOLE 14LB i lost is because of all of YOU! YOUR stories and encouragement, kept me going! and i feel so good!
THANK YOU! BUT now! i sould be on ph2 but i am also affraid that i may over do it w/ph2
what do i eat? and what is everyone having for a quick snack to get rid of the weird feeling in my stomach! i know its not that i am hungry! i just have that feeling that makes you eat the wrng thing. i have to say i do not feel hungry any more! and i love it!
but sometimes i feel funny and now i just tell myself << no we do not need that >> lol.
is it ok to have a fruit for a snack? do can we have more than 2-3 friuts?
i did see the ph2 thing and i will print that! any feed back i will very much appreciate

Congratulations on your success in phase 1 and WELCOME to phase 2.
Congrats on the weight loss!
Having a fruit for a snack is fine. You can do a smoothie, and that satisfies your fruit serving, and it tastes like you're having a milkshake!! There are some great recipes on the board. My favorite recipe is so easy: Chocolate Soy Slender, frozen banana and a bit of splenda. You'd swear it was a chocolate shake!
As far as satisfying the feeling of wanting to eat, it sounds like you are just wanting to eat out of nervous habit. I would find another activity. If you feel like you want to eat something but you are not hungry, try a glass of water, or come to the computer and read your favorite web site. I would try to find another activity until the feeling of wanting to eat passes.
If you have a craving for something, say you want something sweet, try the South Beach Peanut Butter Cup, or have some sf jello on hand. If you're energy seems low, have a handful of nuts.
