Phase 2 - week one done !!

I am happy to report that after week one of phase two I have lost an additional 3#. That puts my total loss to 14#. I have noticed a little more energy.
I'm glad the menu selections have increased, although I have chosen to stay with a phase one breakfast,PM snack, and dinner. I have a added fruit to my AM snack and grains to my lunch.
I love homemade 12 grain bread so I have 2 slices toasted with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese and mustard for my lunch.
I don't miss the potato with dinner, I fill up on more veggies. I'm glad the summer is almost here - fresh veg from the garden - I can't wait.
