Are any of the Yoplait yogurts SB friendly???

I'm not really familiar with this brand. In Phase 2 you may use blended yogurt that does not contain high fructose corn syrup. Check the labels carefully. I like Dannon Fit & Lite and they are SB-approved!

No - as far as I know all the Yoplait yogurts have some type of sugar (high fructose corn syrup, etc.) even the Light. Its a bummer as this is the yogurt I grew up on. And they have such yummy flavors! I wish they would follow the trend of Dannon Lite n Fit and just sweeten with Splenda. I keep watching and hoping they will!

I know, I grew up on Yoplait too...it's the only yogurt I've ever liked!! I have been eating the Dannon Light n Fit, but I really don't like it!!

I actually prefer plain yogurt that I flavor myself - I buy the 32 oz. container. I usually only buy Dannon Fit & Lite for convenience.
