My menu for the week Week 7 Phase 2

Keep in mind in addition to lunch & dinner is always a vegetable (usually broccoli, zucchini, or green beans).
Breakfast: eggs, fruit, cheese, cherry tomatoes, milk (every day LOVE IT lol)
Lunches: sandwiches (grilled, PB, turkey and cheese), chili, eggplant pizzettes, chicken quesadillas,
Dinners: Blackened redfish, turkey meatloaf, chili, spaghetti, chicken Parmesan, marinated/grilled salmon, and more chicken quesadillas (open meal lol)









Everything looks good. I see you're getting all your veggies and dairy. Be sure to get 3 fruits and 3 grains daily.
