Dr Pepper, buritoes, choc chip cookies

That was lunch.
Two dr peppers, 2 bean buritoes (trash food) and 3 choc chip cookies.
I am seriously failing this week and last. Ugh. I say ugh but as I eat the food I don't really care. This plateau has just killed my drive. Blech.
I did work out today but I ran out of food, was here with the kids, ate whatever they ate... we're shopping tomorrow.

I need to second this thought.
DO NOT think about this as "losing weight."
Think about it as "getting healthy."
It is a very different mindset. One is about a number and the other is about a change in lifestyle. You cannot lose weight if you don't change your lifestyle.
