Haven't gone two days without cheating!

Ugh, I need a kick in the pants! I started doing SBD again so I'd have a ready reason to say "No" to certain foods. It's helped a LOT, particularly with the truly junky foods. But I'm still snatching little bites here and there that I shouldn't. It's not much, but I know it adds up and I know one day I'll have slid back into eating chaos if I'm not careful!

Also, nap time is so hard for me! All I want to do is sit around, read, and eat. It's my first downtime in the day, since we're always so busy in the morning, that maybe it's hard for me to be still without doing something (like eating!). Even when I'm eating "allowed" stuff, it's still too much and calories still count!

Hopefully, fessing up will help me get back on track.

try chewing some gum during nap time -- that always helped me -- and keep your hands busy with other things (crafts are a big distraction, scrapbooking, making cards, surfing the web, etc.)

It's okay to snack during nap time.
