Ok guys i need a bit of motivation. I've fallen off the band wagon and can't seem to get myself back up!!!! I got disappointed for a while cause i was at a stall in my weight loss and just kept getting more depressed about it..so i drank soda, ate candy and now i'm back up 3lbs...which means i've only lost 7 since i started about 4 weeks ago...should i go back to phase 1 again or stay in phase 2 and just get back on track?? I'm upset that i've let myself get like this..it happens everytime that i stop losing weight or don't feel like i'm gettin anywhere with a diet...i just put bad stuff into my body, the last 2 days i've been good..but for about 4 days i was horrible!!!! I need help, motivation and advice!!! I also haven't gone to the gym to workout in like like 2 weeks.....HELP!!!!

It's happens to everyone. DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP. This will just make things worse. Don't go back to phase 1; just pick up where you left off like nothing happened.

Also, you might want to hit the gym. I'm not cracking the whip, but I know it always makes me feel great and might take away some of your guilty feelings!
