Scared to Death...

Hi Everyone!
Thanks for being such a great support on Phase 1.
I'm starting Phase 2 today and I am scared to death to eat anything on that list. Help!
Phase 1 was such a success (down 6 pounds :-) But still have 10 to go. I know I have to make the change, but has anyone done it with adding one thing a week instead of two? Do you think it was better.
Just nervous...

It's very normal to feel nervous.
Hi -- congratulations on completing Phase I. I too was afraid to add anything in. But, the first 2 times I tried SB I did not, and of course, I wasn't successful.
This time, I followed Phase I exactly for 2 weeks. When I got to Phase II, the first week I added 1 grain and 1 fruit. I lose weight slowly, and didn't want to go too fast. Then the second week of phase II I added another grain and another fruit, totalling 2 each day.
I found that very easy to do, and easy to accept. And, I'm starting my 5th week just fine. Due to some health issues I have, and family health history, I am going to stay a couple of weeks at 2 grains and 2 fruits. In another week or 2 I will increase to 3 and see how it goes.
I don't know if this was the "perfect" way to follow, but it was for me, and I think I can now live with the added grain and fruit (tough to get past the old mentality).

I was the same as you... I lost 10 pounds in phase 1 (I have A LOT to lose). I was so nervous about moving on and adding back in grains. However, I've more than doubled my losses in phase 2. It's the "real" weight loss phase --- and is so much easier.
I recommend starting slow --- adding 1 grain and 1 fruit for the first week, etc. It eases you back in.
