I'm on Day 11 of SBD and I didn't cheat once so far (except for an extra portion of nuts the other day I was soooo starving). I realized that it is not too hard to cut carbs and sugar EXCEPT for the fruit. I'm a fruit eater. And now it's summer and there's a lot of variety of fresh fruit - like strawberries, blueberries, rasperries, peaches, plums... What is the limit you can have in a day? Isn't it better to eat a peach that a slice of bread? Please I need advise! I want to continue on phase 2 but only if I can eat fruit!!!
