Please someone revise my menu

Hi everybody!
Today its my day 1 of Phase 2. I already lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Based on the link that Cathy sent me I made this menu for today. Let me know if it is OK so I can be sure that I'm doing alright.
Breakfast: egg omelet (the ones from a container) , 1 slice turkey brest, 1 slice (30g)of 100% whole wheat bread, 1 cup of decaffeinated coffee with 1% milk.

Lunch: chicken breast and green salad. 1 medium banana.

snack: 1 fat free berries yogurt

Dinner: turkey breast salad

Dessert: fat free sugar free vanilla puding.

Looks good.....just make sure you are eating enough, that you're getting 2-3 cups of dairy and 4.5 cups of veggies. Is a turkey salad enough for dinner?

I don't know if it's Ok to eat just that, I usually don't eat much at night, most of time I only eat (before SB) a bowl of cold cereal, a turkey sandwich or small salad. If I eat more I feel bad. What do you think? You think I need to eat more at dinner ? Let me know. If you have suggestions please let me know.

Just wanted to verify that your berry yogurt is also sugar free. The best bet for yogurt is to use plain and add Splenda and flavorings yourself. You just don't know what they add into the pre-flavored ones.
