What did everyone have for lunch today??

I have WW 3 cheese tortelinnis, 1/2 sliced avocado, a heap of grilled veggies (grilled last night wrapped in foil on the BBQ pit), red, yellow, orange peppers and zucchini

It was incredibly good.

Calorie content in my 1 serving (go me!!) of tortelinnis: 340 calories.

I had some ww pasta salad with veggies and lf feta and a Light and fit yougurt with some seltzer water. I normally wouldn't eat pasta salad for lunch but we have leftovers from our cookout yesterday.

I had four taco meatballs topped with some salsa, RF sour cream and RF cheese. I also had two SF shortbread cookies.
It was tasty, but lacking on the veggies!

I had a big salad with this new greek feta dressing. It was really good! I also had a Morningstar mushroom lovers patty. It was ok. Not as good as the pizza burger, but decent.

I had one of my favorite lunches today. A veggie burger toasted on ww with a slice of mozzarella/basil/tomato cheese with all the regular burger condiments, cucumber slices and baby carrots.

I imagine a pizza burger is your favorite burger (sirloin, turkey, chicken, soy), topped with nsa tomato sauce and lf mozzarella.

One of the main veggie-burger players --- Morningstar Farms, Boca or Gardenburger --- makes a "pizza burger" that is flavored with... well, pizza flavorings. I haven't tried it yet, although last week I did actually pick one up in the store and stand there undecided for a minute before ultimately putting it back. If it has Katy's stamp of approval, I may just have to give it a try.

Of course, Karen's idea sounds delicious! I may have to give that a try too. So many food choices, so little time...
