Another hungry day!!!

Mmmmmmmm, want to eat EVERYTHING!!! Me cookie monster!!!! rofl
I think I'm out of grain for the day! lol
2 pieces sugar free whole wheat bread toasted and smeared w/ SF strawberry preserves (breakfast)
2 cheese sticks, one wrapped up in a piece of cajun deli turkey breast (still breakfast, lol)
1 stuffed pepper (has some brown rice in it - hence being out of grain now!!) (lunch)
1 banana w/ peanut butter (snack, more lunch, lol)
It's 1:30pm so that's actually a normal amount of food for me up to this point but I've FELT hungry all day long - even after eating!!!
I need a dinner heavy on the protein and veggies... prob chicken taco salad. And I can't imagine how much I'm going to eat b/c NOW and dinner.. which is at 5:30. lol 4 hours... I can shovel in a lot of food in 4 hours.
I feel like maybe I need some caffeine? I'm dragging today. What perks us up the best????

Yep, I think changing up from eggs w/ cheese mushrooms and salsa this morning may have been what messed me up and it took until about 2pm before it was regulated.
I had 2 stuffed peppers for dinner, then 4 scrambled eggs, and 2 bottles of water.
I feel really good right now. Another overeating day - but history is showing that I have about one day per week that I am REALLY hungry and it hasn't slowed my progress at all.
Train up a child according to his bent...
