Please share with me what kind of bread  you buy.  I looked through the selection and most of them had High Fructose Corn syrup in them!!!

I buy Thomas Sahara Whole Wheat Pita, Thomas English Muffins, Pepperidge Farms mini Whole Wheat Bagels and Pepperidge Farms 100% Natural Whole Wheat bread.

None of these contain HFCS. If I 'round' the numbers, all of them meet or are very close to meeting the fiber guidelines.

I've been using the Stop & Shop brand (Nature's Promise). Also, I just saw an ad for a new Arnold bread that might be ok. I'm going to look for it at the store today to make sure it meets the fiber guidelines.

I use the Arnold's Natural 100% whole wheat. No HFCS and 3 g fiber per 33 g slice so it's very close to meeting the fiber guidelines.

It looks like this: http://arnold.gwbakeries.com/product.cfm/upc/7341002567

I'll try Cathy's suggestion too if I can find it.

Here's a new one from Arnold:

Natural Flax and Fiber Bread - 100% natural, no artificial flavors, colors or ingredients, no hfcs, 16 g of whole grains and 4 grams of fiber per slice.

I just saw an ad for this today and will check it out in the store later.

I've been getting the Arnold's Flax and Fiber. I thought someone mentioned on here a few weeks back and I've been getting it since.

Okay, I couldn't find the other brands, ( I shop at Wal-Mart, but I'm going to check out the grocery store ) so I bought Sara Lee Delightful 100% Multi-Grain.

The ingredients are:

water, stone ground whole wheat flour, wheat gluten, cottonseed fiber, yeast, brown sugar, and then contains less then 2% of some other stuff.

The fiber is too low. Look for 3 grams of fiber per 1 ounce slice. How much does your slice weigh?
