At walmart I buy the Weight Watchers 100% whole wheat bread. A serving is 2 slices, which is 40 grams, so a little more than one grain serving. Another brand that I used to eat is Sara Lee honey whole wheat bread, and a serving was two slices also. But I haven't been able to find that in Virginia so far. You may just have to spend a lot of time in the bread aisle the first time until you find something that works for you.

You don't need a scale - it tells you on the bag!!!
It should say right after "serving size: 1 slice then in parenthesis (25g or something like that)
