Quick ? about Carb Competitors

Am trying to get in my dairy at the same time as I get in my fruit. Would a glass of Soy Slender work as a carb competitor. I don't eat alot of fruit but when I do, it always makes me hungry an hour later. Yesterday, had cheese with my apple, didn't work...
Was wondering whether soy milk would be enough protein to do the trick?

Everyone is different. Try it and see if it works for you. Soy milk has both a little fat and a little protein. The two in combination might work for you.
