I've been bad today...but I am over it and determined to not let it ruin the rest of my day!

1/2 c baked oatmeal
1 boiled egg
1 turkey bacon
Coffee/ff hh
4 sticks of Hershey 60% dark chocolate
1/2 svg of Mexican Penne
1 c water

About to have lunch now. You tickle me with those eggplant pizzettes! I have never cooked eggplant myself and am scared to try. I would like to try the pizzettes!

So far today I've had:

Black coffee w/ a shot of Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce

Blueberry smoothie made with soy milk, flax seeds & splenda

1 egg scrambled with peppers, onions & mushrooms
canadian bacon & english muffin
Glass of soy milk

Leftover Asian Chicken Salad (I hate leftover salad. The greens were limp so I picked out the chicken, orange segments & pepper strips and had to put it on a fresh bed of greens.)

One egg!! That's not even worth getting the pan dirty for!! lol

I need to add:

1 banana w/ crunchy peanut butter
1 Diet Dr Pepper
2 strawberries
2 slices mozz cheese

I am hungry today!!! Breakfast was thrown off by sleeping too late and having OT across town at 9am!

I just use the egg to hold the veggies together a little bit. I use about 1 cup of veggies with that 1 egg. It helps me get a good start on my veggie intake for the day.

Today hasn't been the best food day. I reintroduced wine into my diet last night and overdid it. So I'm feeling icky and queasy today.

1 Diet Pepsi
6 glasses of water with lemon
1 nectarine
1 bowl of bran flakes with milk
Celery with natural PB

I did ok so far:

breafast -- 1 cup FF cottage cheese
a.m. snack -- yogurt & nectarine
lunch -- big salad, lots of mixed greens & tomatoes w/a little bit of sliced tenderloin & a yogurt

Problem for me is I am not hungry today. So, not sure what do to for dinner -- not hungry, don't feel like eating OR cooking for that matter.

I think I may have 2 grains worth of Spelt pretzels dipped in a little mustard, and some dried apricots. Or maybe even some ww crackers with ff cheese instead of the pretzels with the apricots. I already have my 4.5 cups veggies & 2 dairy's, so o.k. there.

Definitely looking forward to my "treat" of a Diet Rite soda tonight.

And not so looking forward to hauling my butt onto the treadmill, but gonna do it!!!
